Shift Manager – KFC / Taco Bell Part Time PASCAGOULA, MS, US Salary Range: $12.50 To $15.00 Hourly Overview The hourly Shift Manager plays a key role in the daily operations of the restaurant. They are accountable for directing the restaurant team and ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of daily operation, including food safety standards, training and motivating the team, delivering great guest service, guest relations, product preparation, inventory management, execution of cash policy, and other duties as required or assigned. Responsibilities Direct the restaurant team and ensure compliance with company standards in all areas of daily operation. Lead food safety, training, and guest service efforts; motivate the team and manage guest relations.
