As a recruiter at Altra Homecare Group you will be working alongside a team of driven individuals, striving to improve the lives of everyone we encounter. From patients to clients, co-workers, and caregivers, we are working to enrich the lives of everyone. You will do this by…

- Identifying quality candidates through various recruiting and sourcing methods

- Interview qualified candidates to determine if they fit current needs

- Create and maintain relationships with caregivers, clients, co-workers, and healthcare professionals

- Perform a variety of customer service-related activities

- Manage schedules of clients and caregivers

- Work together with team members to ensure success on all fronts

- Rotating on-call responsibilities spread throughout team members

- Other tasks as deemed necessary
