Senior Quality Improvement Analyst

Senior Quality Improvement Analyst is a full-time remote position focused on managing data analysis and quality improvement initiatives in the Medicare department, requiring expertise in health plan analytics. Key Responsibilities Manage multiple advanced quantitative and statistical analytics projects simultaneously Apply advanced data extraction, manipulation, and statistical analysis methods to derive insights into Health Plan performance Produce customer-oriented reports and communicate results effectively to internal and external audiences Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, mathematics, statistics, health care management, decision sciences, or a related field; Master's degree preferred Minimum of four years of work experience in an analytics role; six years preferred Expertise in relevant analytical methods or health care business domain may reduce time-in-position requirements Knowledge of medical claims terminology is beneficial Act 34 clearance required
