2nd Shift Process Operator FULL TIME Department: Production Employment Type: Full Time Location: Nottingham, PA Description We are currently seeking a qualified individual for the Process Operator position, joining our Nottingham, PA team! YOUR DAY-TO-DAY:

Operate potato chip fryers, dough mixers, and snack food processing equipment. Responsible for change over and setup of the mixing, cooking, and processing equipment. Cleaning machine parts after changeovers, discarding trash/waste, and monitoring tank levels as well as cleaning seasoning trays, floors, and ovens in the processing area. Records daily machine and process information such as batch counts, start & stop times, oil meter readings, waste recordings, and pounds of flour. Changes and maintains Urschel slicer heads to maintain quality and consistent slices. Ensure that manufacturing data is accurately entered and tracked in the ERP system, including production orders, materials, and finished goods. Update and maintain ERP records to reflect real-time data, including production status, material usage, and equipment maintenance. Enter production and manufacturing data into the ERP system, including raw material consumption, machine usage, labor hours, and quality control data. Track inventory levels in real-time and coordinate with the necessary teams to ensure timely material replenishment. Other ERP responsibilities and other duties as assigned. WHAT YOU NEED TO GET STARTED:

Must complete a background and pre-employment drug screen, as well as a pre-placement screening which tests the ability to perform the physical requirements of the position. Job Requirements A good mechanical skill-related background is preferred. Must be at least 18 years of age. Must be able to lift 50 pounds. Must be able to lift at least 21 pounds. Must work with latex gloves, airborne seasoning, cardboard dust, cleaning solutions, and hot water. Must work in a noisy and fast‑paced environment with wet and/or humid conditions, extreme cold, extreme heat, and moving parts.
