REMOTE DATA INPUT SPECIALIST

Remote Data Input Specialist Full-Time / Part-Time Remote (U.S.) $25–$30/hour (based on experience) About the Role We're looking for a detail-oriented Remote Data Input Specialist to accurately input, update, and maintain data across our systems. You'll play a key role in keeping our records clean, organized, and reliable — helping the whole team make better decisions with accurate information. Responsibilities Enter, update, and verify data in company databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems Review data for errors, inconsistencies, or missing information and correct as needed Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information Organize and file digital documents according to company protocols Perform regular quality checks and audits on data entries Generate basic reports and summaries as requested Communicate with team members to clarify or verify unclear data Meet daily/weekly productivity and accuracy targets Requirements High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree a plus) 1+ years of data entry or administrative experience preferred Strong typing speed (50+ WPM) with high accuracy Proficiency with Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and general office software Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines with minimal supervision Reliable internet connection and a quiet home workspace Strong written communication skills Preferred (Not Required) Experience with CRM or database software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) Familiarity with data privacy best practices (HIPAA, GDPR, etc., if applicable) Prior remote work experience What We Offer Competitive hourly pay Flexible scheduling Remote-first culture Opportunities for growth into other administrative or operations roles #J-18808-Ljbffr
