This is a full-time position that requires flexibility, including a willingness to work some weekends and commute between our Petaluma and Santa Rosa offices as needed to support team coverage and patient scheduling. You will play a vital role in ensuring smooth clinical operations and providing top-tier care to our diverse patient base. This is a full-time position that requires flexibility, including a willingness to work some weekends and commute between our Petaluma and Santa Rosa offices as needed to support team coverage and patient scheduling. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials for procedures.
- Assist dentists during a variety of dental procedures.
- Take and develop high-quality dental radiographs (X-rays).
- Educate patients on postoperative and general oral health care.
- Communicate effectively with English- and Spanish-speaking patients to ensure they feel comfortable and understood.
- Maintain strict adherence to all infection control and sterilization protocols.
- Support front office and clinical staff in maintaining an efficient daily workflow.
- Active CPR Certification.
- Active Dental X-Ray Certification.
- Active Infection Control Certification.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal).
- Reliable transportation for commuting between practice locations.
- Availability to work a full-time schedule, including occasional weekends.
- Prior experience working as a Dental Assistant is highly preferred, though motivated individuals meeting all core certifications are encouraged to apply.
- Competitive hourly pay ($20.00 - $26.00/hour) based on experience.
