JOB SUMMARY The Assistant Nurse Director of the Operating Room will report to the Director of Surgical Services. The Operating Room RN Assistant Director will be an excellent communicator and keen decision‑maker who is a natural leader and enjoys managing staff and making decisions to support the hospital's mission of Making Communities Healthier. This Operating Room is a thriving unit offering multiple services and will require an experienced Nurse Manager to step in as a leader. They will work closely with the Director of Surgical Services to ensure successful operations of the thriving unit that specializes in joint replacements, spine surgery, women's services, urology services and more. The OR Assistant Director will consistently strive for excellent patient care through efficient and cost‑effective decision making. They will ensure the OR runs smoothly by supervising staff and equipment.
