Respiratory Care Practitioner – 0.9 FTE, Full‑time, Day Shift Providence Hood River Memorial Hospital seeks a skilled Respiratory Care Practitioner for a 0.9 full‑time equivalent (FTE) day shift position. Sign‑On Bonus $8,000 sign‑on bonus for eligible rehires and external hires who meet all required qualifications and conditions of payment. Responsibilities Perform respiratory care services in accordance with departmental standards, policies, and protocols. Required Qualifications Associate’s Degree in Respiratory Therapy or equivalent education/experience. Oregon Respiratory Care Practitioner license upon hire. American Heart Association BLS (Basic Life Support) upon hire. American Heart Association ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) upon hire. American Heart Association PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) within 90 days of hire. American Academy of Pediatrics NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) within 90 days of hire. Lyra Caregiver Assistance Program – up to 25 counseling or coaching sessions per eligible member per year. Comprehensive health benefits (medical, dental, vision), life insurance, disability insurance, paid parental leave, holidays, and voluntary benefits. Pay Range $36.56 – $56.77 per hour, base pay. Additional compensation may be available (shift differentials, overtime, premiums, bonuses). Salary is determined by experience and other factors. Employment Status Full‑time, on‑site, Day Schedule.
