Job Requirements

AeroSCM Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree from accredited college or university
• Experience in Project Management
• Experience with supply chain workflow
• Experience in ERP System
• Experience collaborating effectively across multiple functional areas
• Experience interfacing with Executive Senior Leadership
• Advanced MS Office Suite Skills (as well as JIRA/Tableau)

Desired Skills:

• Exceptional Communication Skills, both written and verbal
• Desire to help implement and lead change
• Strong organizational skills with an ability to lead many overlapping and diverse projects simultaneously
• Subject Matter Expert in any of these areas: Procurement, Shortage mitigation, Demand lifecycle, MRP
• Ability to read engineering blueprints

Work Schedule and Pay

This position offers a 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week schedule. The annual base salary range is $77,700 - $136,965 in most locations, and $89,300 - $154,905 in major metropolitan areas.
