Assistant Managers are responsible for:
- Ensuring the restaurant is staffed.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction making sure every customer leaves happy.
- Keeping high levels of operational standards.
- Following all company policies and standards.
- Managing inventory, purchase food, beverage, and supplies.
- Ensuring excellent customer service providing quality, friendliness, cleanliness with accurate and fast service.
- Following daily operational plans.
- Following all company policies and procedures.
