Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Current, unencumbered Physical Therapist license in Virginia required to start the assignment. Current BLS/CPR certification from AHA or ARC. Home health experience preferred. Candidate must have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and agency-required liability insurance. Familiarity with electronic documentation and basic computer navigation, including email and online training platforms. 2–3 years of physical therapy clinical experience preferred.

Assignment Details

Facility Type: Home Health. Shift Name: Evenings. Shift Pattern: 5x8 evening shifts. Job Type: Travel assignment. Clinical Responsibilities: Perform patient evaluations, provide therapeutic services per physician orders, supervise and evaluate PTAs and home health aides as assigned. Must provide home visits and coordinate care and discharge planning in accordance with plan of care.
