Job Summary

Join our client's team as an Ophthalmic Technician, where you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care. Your primary responsibilities include performing patient workups, obtaining medical histories, and conducting specialized diagnostic testing.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform patient workups and obtain patient medical histories.
• Conduct specialized diagnostic testing.
• Prepare examination and treatment rooms.
• Maintain a clean working environment and keep rooms and equipment stocked.
• Provide general clinic support functions.

Qualifications

• Some type of healthcare experience (MA, phleb, CNA, etc.)
• Good tenure in previous positions.
• COA- or COT-certified is preferred.

Skills

• Proficiency in patient workup processes and diagnostic testing.
• Strong organizational skills to prepare and maintain examination rooms.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a clinical team.

Additional Requirements

Travel requirement involves traveling within a 20-mile radius twice a week, with compensation provided for travel exceeding 15 miles or 25 minutes from home to the clinic.
