Our center specializes in Culinary Arts, Welding, Electronics Engineering, and Patient Care.EMPLOYMENT AT EXETER JOB CORPS Employment at Exeter Job Corps is contingent upon successful completion of a criminal background check, employment verification, education verification, professional reference check and motor vehicle record check.The Facilities Maintenance Technician is responsible for providing preventative and ongoing maintenance of Center facility, grounds and systems including the Administration building, cafeteria, recreation facility, and student dorm.QualificationsMust be 21 years or older to applyHigh School Diploma or equivalent required, Associates of Arts Degree preferred1 year building maintenance experience requiredWorking knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC systems, boilers and other building systems preferredPhysical requirements include sitting, standing, climbing, walking, lifting, pulling and/or pushing, carrying, reaching, stooping and crouchingDemonstrates the ability to lift 40 pounds and / or the ability to assess the lift load in order to ask for necessary assistanceAdams and Associates, Inc. abides by the requirements of 41 CFR §§ 60-300.5(a) and 60-741.5(a).
