People Associate – Richardson, TX Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented People Associate to join our team in Richardson, TX. This role is designed to provide additional support and involves a hybrid work environment, requiring onsite presence from Tuesday to Thursday. The assignment is initially set for six months, with the possibility of extension. Responsibilities Accurate and efficient data entry with a focus on attention to detail and consistency. Assist in the management and maintenance of employee records, ensuring data integrity and compliance. Review and analyze offer letters for accuracy and alignment with company standards. Utilize PeopleSoft and ServiceNow systems effectively to navigate HR processes. Handle sensitive employee information with high levels of confidentiality and discretion. Essential Skills Strong communication skills to convey information clearly and effectively across various channels and with different stakeholders. Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks, maintain accurate records, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Collaborative team player who works well with others and contributes positively to team dynamics. System adaptability, with comfort in transitioning between different systems and platforms, and a quick learning curve for new tools and technologies. Additional Skills & Qualifications 0-2 years of experience in a related industry. High School diploma or GED equivalent. Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and basic computer functions. Familiarity with Adobe Acrobat. Experience with ServiceNow and PeopleSoft is a plus. Work Environment The position is based in a hybrid work environment, requiring onsite presence at the Richardson location from Tuesday to Thursday, with standard working hours from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday. The role involves utilizing various software tools, including Microsoft Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and potentially ServiceNow and PeopleSoft. Job Type & Location Contract position based out of Richardson, TX. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
