HR Generalist

We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented HR Generalist with strong payroll experience to join our team. This role is responsible for supporting daily human resources functions while ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing. The ideal candidate is well-rounded in HR practices, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Responsibilities Support daily HR operations within a manufacturing plant. Partner with plant leadership to foster a positive and compliant workplace culture. Manage payroll processing and related HR data, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Handle employee queries and resolve HR‑related issues. Assist with HR policies, procedures, and compliance initiatives. Compensation & Benefits Salary: $85,000 - $100,000 per year.
