Responsibilities Provide comprehensive primary care services to adult patients. Manage chronic conditions and preventive care. Build strong patient relationships through compassionate, culturally sensitive care. Independently manage patient visits and clinical decision-making. Collaborate with providers and staff to ensure excellent patient outcomes. Support patient retention and practice growth through exceptional service. Travel between Monterey Park and Rowland Heights locations as needed. Qualifications Active California Nurse Practitioner license and National Certification. Minimum of 2 years of primary care, family medicine, or internal medicine experience. Fluent in Mandarin or Cantonese and English.
