MatchBukh Talent Solutions is partnering with a leading outpatient mental health provider to find a dedicated professional who can deliver both clinical and emotional support to patients living with mental health conditions. In this role, you’ll support psychiatric outpatient services across multiple locations—helping patients feel safe, heard, and cared for. You’ll play a critical role in clinical care, administrative support, and team collaboration. What You'll Do: Patient & Clinical Care Conduct patient intakes and screenings (PHQ-9, GAD-7, etc.) Take vital signs, assist with lab draws, and support medication administration Assist in treatment plans, patient discharges, and therapeutic care Provide emotional support and track patient progress Administrative & Team Support Maintain timely and accurate EMR documentation Schedule and coordinate appointments and referrals Escort patients to sessions, support group therapy, and communicate with the care team Uphold a safe, supportive, and confidential environment Must be comfortable traveling between Orange County and San Bernardino County as needed for clinic coverage and patient care What We're Looking For: Certified Medical Assistant (CCMA) is a HUGE PLUS NOT A MUST with an Associate’s degree or related certification, AA degree not required based on other education considered. Prior experience in a behavioral health or outpatient psychiatry setting or mental health setting Strong working knowledge of HIPAA, EMR systems, and safety protocols Skilled in venipuncture and lab handling (preferred) Organized, empathetic, team-oriented, and adaptable At MatchBukh Talent Solutions , we match mission-driven healthcare talent with equally mission-driven organizations.
