Start Date: ASAP
Length of contract (ex: 13 weeks): 13 weeks
On-call (Y/N): Y If yes, what are the on-call requirements? Call every third Monday night 2130-0600 at MHC
Hours Per Shift (ex: 8, 10, or 12): 4 (8's) and 1 (9)
Shift Start Time: Herrin shifts Sun. 8-1630 Mon. 8-1630 MHC shifts Tues. 11-1930 Thurs. 1100-1930 Fri. 1200-2130
Department Specific Details (ex. nurse/patient ratio, float or weekend requirements, charting, equipment, special qualifications, or certs.): Epic documentation. We have OB at this facility. Requires vascular certification.
Parking Instructions: Park in the parking garage. No fees to park. Dress Code: Any color scrubs are fine.
