Required Skills Active Washington state license in Audiology Successful completion of a master’s or doctorate degree program in Audiology, including clinical practicum Ability to perform diagnostic tests such as pure tone audiometry, speech audiometry, and impedance testing Strong interpretative skills to analyze test results and advise patients and physicians effectively Excellent communication skills to educate patients on hearing aid operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting Current BLS certification Nice to Have Skills Experience with hearing aid fitting and troubleshooting Knowledge of ear protection devices and medical follow-up procedures Bilingual abilities or experience working with diverse populations Preferred Education and Experience Doctorate of Audiology (AuD) from a board-approved program Previous experience in a clinical setting with a diverse patient demographic Certification in audiology (CCC-A or equivalent) Other Requirements Willingness to travel occasionally for outreach or training sessions Familiarity with current audiology technology and software Ability to work Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm Elevate your career and make a meaningful difference—apply today to become part of our dedicated team committed to excellence in hearing healthcare!
