We are seeking a driven and influential Real Estate Recruiter to help attract, identify, and secure top-producing agents for a growing brokerage. This is a full-time, non-selling position designed for a high-performing real estate professional who thrives on recruiting conversations, building relationships, and driving measurable growth through talent acquisition. If you are energized by influence, persuasion, and building winning teams, this opportunity is for you. Compensation: Base Salary: $60,000 – $70,000 On-Target Earnings: $100,000+ Performance-based bonuses (eligible after 60 days) Paid Time Off (PTO) #J-18808-Ljbffr
