Warehouse Picker

Position Summary

We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Picker to accurately and efficiently pick products in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role requires associates to follow scanner instructions, locate inventory, and verify lot codes, date codes, part numbers, and quantities before completing each pick.

Key Responsibilities

• Use an RF/RFID scanner to receive and complete picking assignments.
• Locate products within assigned aisles, racks, and warehouse locations.
• Verify lot codes, date codes, part numbers/SKUs, and quantities before picking.
• Maintain an efficient and consistent picking rate while ensuring accuracy.
• Identify and report incorrect, damaged, or misplaced inventory.
• Stage completed picks in designated areas.
• Follow all warehouse safety and quality procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, picking, or inventory experience preferred.
• RF/RFID scanner experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify similar part numbers and codes.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
• Dependable attendance and ability to work independently.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift materials throughout the shift.
