CDL-A Regional Truck Driver | Home Weekly

If you are sick of looking at weak miles and small paychecks, it's time to put your CDL to work where the actual money is. We have an immediate opening on a dedicated regional retail account for drivers who want a steady routine and aren't afraid of a hard workout in exchange for a massive weekly check. This is a physical, high-stamina role, but the stackable accessory pay means you get rewarded directly for the effort you put in.

Pay & Performance Metrics

Base Mileage Pay: You start at a flat $0.50 CPM on all miles you drive.

Weekly Money: Drivers on this run average between $1,300 and $1,700 gross every single week.

Steady Mileage: You can count on highly predictable volume, logging 1,000 to 1,700 miles a week.

The Labor: This is 100% full hand-unload dry van freight. You must be completely comfortable handling full manual unloads and safely lifting 50 to 75 lbs.

Schedule & Home Time

Home Weekly: You run a consistent regional loop that ensures you get back to your house once a week for your reset.

The Shifts: Dispatch operates around the clock, so you just need to be flexible enough to handle a mix of both day and night runs depending on what the fleet needs.

Weekends & Holidays: Weekend dispatch is a regular part of the rotation. On the plus side, you will normally get to enjoy off-calendar holidays at home.

What It Takes to Qualify

Age: You must be at least 21 years old.

Credentials: Requires a valid Class A CDL and you must pass a brand-new DOT physical exam.

Experience Tracks:

Trainees: Fully welcome! You can apply with 0 months of experience as long as you already have your CDL-A in hand.

Experienced Tier: If you are coming in as a solo driver, you need at least 6 months of OTR within the last year, or 12 months of OTR in the past 5 years. Local Class A tractor-trailer work counts directly toward this timeline.

Background Check: No more than 4 driving jobs in the last 12 months, and your record must be clear of any major preventable accidents for the past 5 years.

Screening: Must successfully pass a mandatory hair and urine drug analysis.
