About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Operating Officer to play a pivotal role in the next phase of its growth. The ideal candidate will be a strategic operator with a strong commercial and financial background, capable of driving the business's expansion while maintaining its culture and operational excellence. This executive will be responsible for partnering with ownership to execute long-term growth strategies, leading the corporate team across various functions, and ensuring the financial performance and operational efficiency of multiple restaurant concepts. The role also involves supporting market expansion, developing scalable systems, and identifying opportunities for profitability and cash flow improvement.
