The Test Center Administrator (TCA) serves as the face of Prometric in test centers around the world. These emerging professionals are part of a growing specialization within the company and thrive in fast-paced environments that support people who are taking life-changing exams. The position requires TCAs to verify candidate identification, monitor exams and maintain strict policies and guidelines to uphold the highest standards for exam integrity in the world.
Prometric employs more than 600 TCAs worldwide who are highly respected for their ability to lead and control the computer-based test center environment.

Available schedule includes full-time with hours varying. The site may be open Monday through Saturday from 7am to 6pm, with Saturday availability required, occasional evening hours, and possible Sunday hours. The ideal candidate demonstrates teamwork and is available to work a variety of shifts any day from Monday through Saturday between the hours of 7am and 10:00 pm, with flexible scheduling.
Responsibilities include maintaining and applying expert knowledge of test center policies, greeting examinees and verifying identification, performing required security checks, continuously monitoring candidates, reporting and resolving candidate issues, maintaining a secure environment, ensuring a fair and comfortable testing experience, reporting occurrences outside company guidelines, being flexible with scheduling, representing Prometric's vision, mission, and values, safeguarding the test center from misconduct, and digitally scanning and recording candidate fingerprint identification if applicable.
Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, minimum of one year of customer service experience, ability to communicate professionally, ability to write detailed and accurate reports, ability to multi-task, familiarity with Microsoft Windows-based computer programs, and physical job requirements including bending, stooping, lifting up to 40 pounds, remaining in a stationary position for extended periods, physically moving through test room every 8-10 minutes, visual requirements, and maintaining computers in the lab and office setting.
