Level II / III IT Support Technician Company: Document Solutions Job Type: Full Time Location: Kenilworth, NJ Career Level: Mid-Level, Experienced Industries: Computer/IT Services Document Solutions is looking for a motivated, self‑starting individual to join our team. The candidate must have experience working in the IT field, possess the ability to learn new technologies, and the ability to work in a team environment. Primary duties include working directly with customers and Level 1 Technicians to resolve all IT service tickets. Must have a customer friendly attitude, good written and oral communication skills, and the ability to multi‑task in this fast‑paced, customer‑driven environment. Must be hard‑working, customer‑oriented, and possess a clean driving record. Responsibilities Act as the point of contact to customers for ticket escalations Handle ticket escalations ranging from server support, network issues, and software installation Coordinate and schedule IT support tickets to ensure maximum utilization of billable resources Setup, configure, and troubleshoot Windows Server and related issues Implement and troubleshoot spam filters, O365, Microsoft Exchange, and associated email solutions Troubleshoot and resolve firewall, router, and other network related issues Perform on‑site installations and repairs as necessary Familiar with business‑class network technologies such as TCP/IP, VPNs, VLANs, and QoS Familiar with Microsoft Server technologies such as Active Directory, Hyper‑V, Exchange, and SQL Qualified Candidates Will Have A clean NJ Driver’s license At least 1 year of MSP support experience Knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems, Office Applications, and Ethernet Networking Ability to troubleshoot IT issues quickly and efficiently Be able to stay current with ever‑changing technology and IT solutions Ability to meet daily goals Excellent communication and customer service skills Enthusiastic positive attitude Self‑motivation with strong initiative to succeed IT Certification is a plug (Microsoft, Azure, Cisco, etc.) Benefits Excellent salary Open opportunity for advancement Company supplied uniform Ongoing training opportunities Outstanding benefits package (incl. medical and dental coverage) 401(k) plan with matching company contribution Profit sharing plans Paid vacation time Send resume to: View email address on click.appcast.io #J-18808-Ljbffr
