Department Overview

The Reward Advisory team sits within the broader Group Reward function and supports the business across compensation, reward strategy, and people analytics. This role will support the Americas reward agenda, providing compensation advisory services and analytics to HR Business Partners and regional leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide compensation advisory support to HR Business Partners and business leaders across the Americas.

• Apply knowledge of financial services compensation practices, including fixed and variable pay structures.
\n
• Partner with HR Business Partners and business leaders to implement and govern global compensation programs.
\n
• Build and maintain complex bonus models based on business KPIs, performance metrics, and compensation frameworks.
\n
• Support the annual year-end compensation cycle, with a focus on bonus allocations and salary modeling, working closely with HR Business Partners and business leadership.
\n
• Manage compensation processes including pool structures, compensation statements, and global bonus pools.
\n
• Conduct competitive compensation benchmarking, market matching, and survey analysis to assess the competitiveness of fixed pay ranges and total compensation.
\n
• Provide compensation analysis and recommendations to support new hires, annual compensation reviews, and broader business decisions.
\n
• Partner with Finance, HR, Business Management, and Strategy teams on people and workforce analytics.
\n
• Provide accurate and timely HR data and analysis to support budgeting, workforce planning, and hiring decisions.
\n
• Monitor headcount movements and other HR metrics throughout the year.
\n
• Develop and implement analytics that identify business issues and provide actionable insights to HR and business stakeholders.
\n
• Prepare clear presentations and communications for senior leadership audiences.

Skills, Experience, & Knowledge

\n
• 4+ years of compensation experience within financial services and/or a complex multinational organization.
\n
• Experience managing or supporting an end-to-end annual compensation and year-end cycle.
\n
• Strong understanding of compensation market data, benchmarking, and survey analysis.
\n
• Ability to build strong relationships and act as a trusted compensation advisor to senior management.
\n
• Strong numerical and analytical skills, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
\n
• Experience working with large, complex datasets from multiple sources and translating data into actionable insights.
\n
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to prepare presentations and compensation materials for senior audiences.
\n
• Ability to work effectively under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and deliver accurate analysis within tight deadlines.
