What You'll Do

• Place and tie rebar and strand
• Read construction drawings and follow verbal instructions
• Identify and use fasteners, hand tools, and construction materials
• Safely operate around machinery and heavy equipment
• Perform repetitive physical tasks outdoors in all weather
• Lift and move materials in excess of 50 pounds
• Maintain a consistent presence on the job and work well with a team
• Follow all safety standards and job site protocols

Who We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of basic hand tools and tape measure use
• Physically capable of strenuous labor for full shifts
• Comfortable with early morning shifts (some start as early as 3:00 AM)
• Available for overtime and weekend work as needed
• Must be 18 or older, able to pass a drug test (including marijuana ) and a background check
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Willingness to join or maintain membership with LiUNA Local 252

Preferred Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of verifiable , full-time construction or concrete labor experience
• Experience working with concrete forms or in precast construction
• Forklift certification or experience with heavy equipment
• Background supporting skilled union trades or industrial job sites

Schedule & Pay:

• Full-time position/Year-Round work
• Shifts vary; some may begin as early as 3:00 AM and schedules/start times can change weekly.
• Overtime and weekends required based on production needs
• Pay: $23.97 to $28.10 per hour, depending on experience in the concrete industry. All base pay is $23.97 otherwise (this is non negotiable)
