Team Member – Sorting, Organizing, Packing, Auction PrepCaring Transitions helps seniors and families through major life transitions such as downsizing, relocation, and estate clean-outs. This role could be a great fit for active retirees, parents with school-aged children, and anyone looking to make some extra money while doing rewarding work.As a Team Member, you'll be part of a hands-on team that helps clients prepare their homes and belongings for the next chapter. Responsibilities include:Packing and unpacking household items with careSorting and organizing personal belongingsAssisting with downsizing and declutteringPreparing homes for estate sales or online auctionsSupporting senior relocation projectsAssisting with house clean outsProviding kind, respectful, and professional interaction with clients and familiesLight to moderate lifting and carryingOccasional transport of items to donation centers in personal vehiclePlease note that this role is not a mover.
