Step into a dynamic school-based environment as a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) supporting students across several campuses in the Los Angeles area. Beginning August 11, 2026, and continuing through June 4, 2027, this full-time contract position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on a diverse K-12 student population. Your assignments will be determined during orientation, ensuring convenient commutes—no more than 20 miles or 1 hour—between schools.

You’ll join a team where each campus has a dedicated case manager, allowing you to focus on providing direct assessment and therapy services. Caseloads typically range from 55-60 students, and assignments are usually spread over 1-4 schools, with two being the average.

Qualifications:

• Active California Speech-Language Pathology license (SLP).
• Valid CTC document (preliminary/clear SLP credential or Certificate of Clearance).
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Clinical Fellows (CFs) are welcome if supervision is arranged.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Prior school-based experience preferred, but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language therapy to students with varied communication needs.
• Complete evaluations and document progress for assigned caseload.
• Collaborate with on-site case managers, teachers, and school staff.
• Travel between assigned campuses as needed.
• Maintain accurate records in accordance with district policies.

Additional Benefits:

• Full-time, contract schedule with 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 7:30am - 4:00pm.
• Reimbursement for assessment materials (up to $2,500).
