ACTIVE SECURITY CLEARANCE AT THE TS/SCI POLYGRAPH LEVEL IS REQUIRED

In this role, you will join an innovative, highly skilled team operating in a hybrid cloud environment to design architectures and develop solutions that support critical organizational needs. You will be challenged to install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain self-hosted ServiceNow implementations while building secure integrations and automated processes. Collaborate with elite developers to monitor application health, implement Section 508 compliance parameters, and mentor junior team members. Let’s achieve more together!

The annual base salary range for this role is $153,000 - $181,000 (USD), which does not include discretionary bonus compensation or our comprehensive benefits package. Actual compensation offered may vary based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level.

• Clearance : Active Fully-Cleared with Poly

• Compliance Certification: Active DoD 8570.01-M IAT Level II baseline certification is mandatory (e.g., Security+ CE, CCNA-Security, GSEC, or SSCP).

• ServiceNow Administration Development: Minimum of two (2) years of dedicated experience building custom workflows, catalog service requests, views, and automated technical reports.

• Systems Troubleshooting: Proven background diagnosing and resolving technical issues within Linux/UNIX operating environments.

• Software Development: Strong scripting and programming experience using JavaScript or other high-level orchestration languages.

• Web UI Familiarity: Solid understanding of front-end structures including HTML, XML, and CSS to design clean application views.

• Technical Leadership Documentation: Demonstrated ability to author thorough engineering documentation and mentor junior team members.

• Experience: Minimum of ten (10) years of professional Systems Administration (SA) or Systems Engineering experience on programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university.

• Substitution: Five (5) years of additional systems experience may substitute for a bachelor’s degree (totaling 15 years of experience).

• Self-Hosted Instance Management: Direct experience managing on-premise or self-hosted ServiceNow instances, including executing complex upgrades to core applications.

• Enterprise Custom Automation : Experience leveraging ServiceNow Orchestration to automate routine corporate and infrastructure tasks.

• Backend Programming: Professional development foundation using Java.

• Process Optimization: Background auditing system usage to recommend design enhancements and process efficiencies.

• ServiceNow Ecosystem Certifications: Active professional certifications are highly desired (e.g., Certified System Administrator or Certified Application Developer).

• Cloud Infrastructure: Exposure to Cloud Service Provider environments, with a specific focus on AWS ecosystem offerings.
