- Board Certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Med-Peds (Pediatrics-only board certification not accepted)
- Progressive physician leadership experience required
- FQHCclinical experience required
- Experience serving as an Associate Medical Director, Medical Director, Chief Medical Officer, or in a comparable physician leadership role
- Experience in delivering integrated, patient-centered care
- Strong expertise in quality improvement and population health management
- Passion for provider engagement, mentorship, and retention
- Skilled in operational excellence and workflow optimization
- Thrives in dynamic, growth-focused healthcare environments
- Executiveleadership role reporting directly to the CEO
