Job Title : Machine Operator Location: Auburn Hills, MI. Pay Rate: $16/hr Shift Times 1st Shift: 5:30 am—1:45 pm 2nd Shift: 2:30 pm—10:45 pm 3rd Shift: 10:00 pm—6:15 am (Monday Night – Saturday Morning) Job Overview We are looking for dedicated Machine Operators to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining machinery to ensure efficient and safe production processes. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Operate various machines used in the production of automotive parts. Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed to maintain quality and efficiency. Ensure compliance with all safety and company protocols. Keep accurate records of production activities and machine performance. Collaborate with team members and support departments to meet production goals. Identify areas for process improvement and participate in continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred. Basic mechanical skills and knowledge of machinery operation and safety practices. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends, if necessary.
