Sr. Sales Account Manager

Sales Account Manager – Portland, OR Our Sales Account Managers are responsible for growing our business with new and existing customers. They match customer needs with our broad product portfolio, supported by our digital tools, network of technical experts, specialized market expertise, and global distribution network. What You’ll Do: Consultative Selling: Cultivate strong relationships with our customers by managing and growing accounts. Sales Prospecting: Find new opportunities, win new business, and grow the territory. Customer Experience Advocate: Collaborate with internal teams to deliver top-tier service, technical support, safe and innovative solutions to our customers. Portfolio Management: Prioritize selling time and results to effectively manage your sales funnel and territory. Be relentless to win back lost customers. What You’ll Need: A minimum of 10 years of sales experience in a similar B2B role and a demonstrated track record of success in building relationships and achieving sales targets. Self‑directed, outcome‑focused, diligent in taking initiative, acting decisively, and consistently delivering results. Good listening skills, curiosity about customers’ needs, passion for solving problems, and winning business. Strong planning and preparation skills for effective sales calls, persuasive presentations, handling objections, negotiating, demonstrating value, and closing deals.
