Role Description The Campaign Director is a full-time, hybrid role based in Easton, PA, with the flexibility to work from home for part of the schedule. This role is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and evaluation of comprehensive fundraising campaigns that advance Lafayette College’s strategic priorities. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing campaign strategies, coordinating timelines and deliverables, managing campaign staff and volunteers, and collaborating with College leadership, advancement teams, and external partners. The Campaign Director will coordinate internal campaign projects, support major gift and annual giving efforts, and ensure consistent messaging across campaign communications. The role also involves monitoring campaign performance, preparing reports, and adjusting strategies to meet fundraising goals while maintaining strong relationships with donors and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated skills in Campaign Management and experience with advancement in Higher Education or similar large-scale initiatives.
- Proficiency in Project Management, including planning, coordination, and execution of complex, multi-phase efforts.
- Fundraising experience, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets and cultivating donor relationships.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams and constituencies.
- Strategic thinking and data-driven decision-making, including familiarity with campaign analytics and CRM or fundraising databases.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as communications, public administration, political science, nonprofit management, or equivalent experience.
- Experience in higher education, nonprofit, or mission-driven organizations is beneficial, along with a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
$20 per hour
