Physical Therapist Outpatient position available in Leesburg, Virginia. The role involves evaluating patients, developing and implementing treatment plans, and ensuring they meet patient goals and physician directives. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of work. The position offers a 40-hour work week.

Job Details:

• Location: Leesburg, Virginia

• Schedule: Days shift with the following hours: Monday 10:30 am - 8:00 pm, Tuesday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, Wednesday 7:30 am - 5:00 pm, Thursday 10:30 am - 8:00 pm, Friday 7:00 am - 4:00 pm; 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; CPR Certification; active/applicable license for the state where work will be performed; 1+ Year of Outpatient Clinical Experience; candidates must bring their license on the first day
• Preferred Qualifications: Successful completion of an assignment with your agency previously; successful completion of an assignment with the organization previously
• Additional Information: The role requires completing comprehensive patient evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, documenting patient care accurately and timely, participating in student training, and engaging in ongoing professional development. The employee must adhere to all clinic guidelines, maintain licensure in good standing, and comply with performance improvement initiatives.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
