Production Team Leader

Boise Cascade is seeking a production supervisor to coordinate the daily activities of our production staff at the Chapman plant. You will oversee hourly employees, prepare work orders, and drive improvements in throughput, quality, and safety. You will train operators, lead safety programs, investigate accidents, and provide management with daily and weekly reports on production, maintenance, and quality.
