Join Silver Stars Gymnastics & Fitness as a Girls Artistic Gymnastics Level 4 Coach in Silver Spring, MD. We are looking for an enthusiastic coach to inspire and develop young gymnasts, fostering their skills and confidence in a supportive environment. Responsibilities:
- Design and implement engaging training sessions for Level 4 gymnasts
- Provide constructive feedback and support to athletes during practice
- Monitor and assess gymnast progress, adjusting training plans as needed
- Ensure safety protocols are followed during all training activities
- Encourage teamwork and sportsmanship among gymnasts
- Prepare athletes for competitions and assist with meet day logistics
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding gymnast development
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training
- Previous coaching experience in artistic gymnastics, preferably at Level 4
- Strong understanding of gymnastics techniques and safety standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire young athletes
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred
- Passion for gymnastics and youth development
- Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
- Background check clearance required
