Network Technical Operations Manager - NYC, NY - 68866 Salary $150K per year We have an immediate opportunity for a Network Technical Operations Manager with strong experience leading enterprise network operations and engineering teams in complex on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments. Proven expertise in managing 24x7 network operations, driving high availability, and ensuring operational excellence through effective incident, problem, and change management processes. Experienced in leading cross‑functional L1, L2, and L3 support teams, optimizing service delivery, coordinating major incident response, and conducting root cause analysis (RCA) to improve network stability and performance. Strong technical background in enterprise networking technologies, including TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, VPNs, CDN, DDoS protection, firewalls, load balancers, and network security architectures. Hands‑on experience with Cisco, Arista, Fortinet, F5, Zscaler, and Akamai solutions, along with network monitoring and analytics platforms such as Selector AI and Splunk. Skilled in cloud networking across AWS, Azure, and GCP, with a solid understanding of network segmentation, compliance requirements, and hybrid infrastructure management.
