Food QA Technician — Inspections, Compliance & Lab Calibration

Ferrara is seeking a QA Technician to inspect raw materials and packaging, monitor in-process inspections, and review finished goods documentation for release. You will maintain logs and support line operators with QA checks, calibrate lab equipment, and help uphold GMPs and safety standards across the plant. The role requires overtime flexibility, knowledge of basic laboratory equipment, and proficiency with Excel/Access.
