We Specialize In Sports injuries and return-to-sport rehabilitation Total joint replacement rehabilitation (hip, knee, shoulder) Post-operative and non-operative orthopedic care Spine conditions managed collaboratively with PM&R and chiropractic Work-related injuries and occupational rehabilitation Pelvic floor physical therapy for men and women Why Clinicians Choose OSSI Truly multidisciplinary practice collaborate daily with chiropractors, physiatrists, and occupational medicine providers Built-in referral network across specialties no cold marketing, your caseload is supported Flexible scheduling with paid time off and paid holidays Physician-owned practice decisions made by clinicians, for clinicians Supportive, collaborative team environment across three locations What You’ll Do Evaluate and treat a diverse outpatient orthopedic and occupational caseload Develop individualized, evidence-based plans of care Progress patients through functional strengthening programs Collaborate with on-site chiropractors, physiatrists, and occupational medicine providers on complex cases Participate in integrated care planning across disciplines Educate patients to improve functional movement quality and long-term outcomes Document accurately and efficiently Contribute to a positive, team-oriented clinic culture Qualifications Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program Licensed or license-eligible in the state of Ohio Strong communication and patient education skills Interest in orthopedics; pelvic floor experience or interest is a plus New graduates are welcome mentorship and structured onboarding provided Experienced clinicians encouraged to apply compensation reflects your expertise Locations This position will be based at our Howland, Ohio clinic location; 20 to 30 hours per week. Compensation Hourly compensation is flexible based on experience, specialty skills, and education. We are committed to paying competitively and rewarding clinical excellence. Starting pay reflects market benchmarks for Northeast Ohio and will be discussed transparently during the interview process.
