Service Manager

Looking for a leadership role where you can champion young people with disability, spark new ideas and create real opportunities for the future? Join Sunnyfield as our Service Manager and help shape our Day Program and Community Access services in Tamworth. Responsibilities Develop and implement new programs and services to new and existing clients. Lead and develop high performing teams to ensure efficient delivery of a range of person‑centred programs and services. Oversee service delivery, innovation and new business opportunities to strengthen outcomes. Build strong partnerships with families and community stakeholders. Ensure accurate and timely intake, onboarding, billing and reporting processes. Uphold compliance in safeguarding, WHS, incident management and audits. Qualifications Tertiary qualification, minimum Certificate IV in Community Services. 3+ years experience in a leadership role, ideally across disability services. Strong commercial mindset with experience managing P&Ls, reporting and performance outcomes. Proven ability to lead teams through growth, change and continuous improvement. Hands‑on, proactive leader who gets involved, challenges current education pathways and drives new ideas. Knowledge of the NDIS and experience in the sector (highly regarded). COVID‑19 vaccination.
