What You'll Be Responsible For Maintaining the cleanliness of all common areas, amenity spaces, and leasing office areas Cleaning hallways, stairwells, elevators, clubhouses, fitness centers, and other shared spaces Assisting with trash removal and keeping grounds free of debris Monitoring supplies and notifying management when inventory needs replenishment Supporting the maintenance team with community appearance projects as needed Reporting safety concerns, maintenance issues, or property damage Helping ensure the community is always tour-ready What Success Looks Like Residents consistently comment on the cleanliness of the community Common areas are maintained to a high standard every day Prospective residents are impressed from the moment they arrive Issues are identified and reported before they become larger problems You take ownership of your work and consistently exceed expectations What We're Looking For Previous housekeeping, janitorial, hospitality, or multifamily experience preferred Strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and manage daily responsibilities Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to lift, carry, bend, and stand for extended periods Reliable transportation and consistent attendance Ready to Join the Team?
