We need someone with a bachelor’s degree (and preferably an advanced degree) in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, or a related field – plus at least 5 years of significant hands‑on experience as a patent agent in drafting and prosecuting patent applications. Harvesting inventions directly from clients Advising clients on invention disclosures, patent strategy, and prosecution Evaluating cutting‑edge technology Drafting and prosecuting U.S. patent applications Guiding prosecution of foreign patent applications Contributing to opinion work Client counseling Supporting litigation efforts Providing hands‑on technical support across the practice Why join us?
