Call Center AgentBusy medium size law firm located in Greensboro is seeking a full time call center agent for our collections department. Candidate must have collections customer service background, ideally in a call center environment, handling inbound and outbound calls in a fast paced environment. Candidate will need to be well-versed in Microsoft's suite of programs and data entry, able to type at least 75 wpm and be familiar with general office work including but not limited to printing, scanning, and mail machines. Candidate should be very organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle a high volume workload. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.This is a full-time, in office position with a comprehensive benefits package after 90 days that includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, long-term and short-term disability coverage, and 401k match. The hours are 8:30 am – 5:30 pm, Monday – Friday.Call Center Agent Job Responsibilities: • Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner • Follow communication "scripts" when handling different topics - fair debt collection practices • Inform clients by explaining the process; answering questions; providing information; researching issues • Collect customer information pertinent to business objectives such as name, address, demographic, and financial information • Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible wayCall Center Agent Skills / Qualifications: • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening • Data entry skills • People skills • Previous experience in a collections customer service/support role • Attention to detail • Professionalism • Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively • Adaptability to different personality types
