Dental Assistant

Role Overview A Dental Assistant responsible for providing dental exams, treatments, and X-rays to military service members, supporting their health and readiness. Key Duties Perform dental procedures in mobile exam rooms and operatories. Capture digital X-rays (BW & PANO) and sterilize instruments. Assist chair-side and handle basic administrative tasks as needed. Deliver essential dental care to members of various military branches. Qualifications & Skills Active Dental Assistant certification (CDA, RDA, EDDA, EFDA) and Radiology certification in Alaska. CPR/BLS certification. Proficiency in 4-handed dentistry and digital tools. Prior military experience is preferred. Eligibility for military base entry, including background, criminal, and drug checks.
