Responsibilities include: * Administering medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and nursing standards * Monitoring resident health and responding appropriately to changes in condition * Making resident rounds to promote safety, comfort, and quality of care * Documenting care accurately and communicating important updates to the interdisciplinary team * Supervising and supporting nursing assistants while fostering teamwork and professional growth * Assisting with admissions, transfers, discharges, assessments, and end-of-life care * Supporting infection prevention, resident safety, and regulatory compliance initiatives * Building meaningful relationships with residents and their families through compassionate, respectful care * Participating in team meetings and quality improvement efforts to ensure the highest standards of care Qualifications * Current Pennsylvania Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License required * Current CPR Certification required * Strong clinical judgment, critical-thinking, and decision-making skills * Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the care team * Genuine compassion and a desire to serve older adults * Commitment to maintaining resident dignity, safety, and quality of life * Support for Fairmount Homes' mission, philosophy, and core values Why Fairmount Homes?
