Fall 2026 Legal Intern, Racial Justice Program About the Role Remote/Hybrid – New York City. The ACLU seeks a Fall Legal Intern for the Racial Justice Program in the National Office, New York City. This internship is for course credit only and may be remote or hybrid. Qualifying applicants must be matriculated in law school, in the U.S., and able to commit for the full duration. Responsibilities The intern will conduct legal and factual research and support ongoing litigation, investigations, and advocacy efforts.
