Busser/Support StaffA Server Assistant is in charge of setting and clearing tables at a dining establishment to provide a clean and tidy environment for restaurant patrons. Their duties include removing used dishes, re-setting silverware and filling beverages for diners.Busser Duties and ResponsibilitiesA Serving Assistant works primarily in the dining area of a restaurant or eatery. They move back and forth between these areas attending to diners and assisting waitstaff with their duties. A Busser's duties and responsibilities include:Removing used plates, glasses, cutlery and napkins from tables after diners are done eatingWiping up water spills, food stains and dirt from tablesStraightening out the tablecloth or replacing stained onesReplacing cutlery and glassware in anticipation of new dinersRefilling paper napkins, salt and pepper shakers and any other depleted condiments on the dining tableRefilling drinking glasses with waterBringing out meal orders if waitstaff are busyHandling cleaning of the dining area at the close of dayEnsures that each menu item is prepared in the exact detail outlined on each ticket.Corrects the menu item with the chef before delivering the menu item if it is not meeting the exact specification on the ticket.Fills and re-fills water glasses and removes any place settings not being used.Clears dishes located in front of guest upon completion of course.Clears and resets tables when guests leave, to include but not limited to: changes tablecloth, brushes chairs, places chairs at table, replaces silverware and glassware, and replaces napkins.Assists the server when needed.Keeps workstations well stocked of items and ingredients.Clean workstations, takes out trash, and vacuums the dining room.Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.Performs other duties as required.Work ScheduleNight shiftWeekend availabilityDay shiftSupplemental PayTipsBenefitsFlexible scheduleMileage reimbursementEmployee discountTonto Verde - Tonto Verde 18401 El Circulo Dr, Rio Verde, AZ 85263, USA Apply
