Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

• Current certification as an Educational Diagnostician
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
• Experience with elementary school caseloads, preferably in diverse settings
• Strong knowledge of assessment tools, special education procedures, and compliance requirements
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
• Comfort with both in-person collaboration and documentation practices

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive educational assessments for elementary students
• Interpret data and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Serve as a resource for teachers, staff, and families, guiding them through the special education process
• Support the delivery of culturally relevant interventions for diverse learners
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations
• Attend on-site interviews and meetings as required
