Job Title: Enterprise Software Architect

Location: Dallas, TX – Onsite 4 days a week

They specialize in areas like technology strategy, product development, software engineering, and digital transformation, with a particular emphasis on AI, MLOps, and Data Engineering. The firm's clientele spans various industries, including AgTech, Healthcare, Logistics, and Financial Services.

Platform / Stack

You will work with technologies that include Azure, Terraform, Python, and Azure Foundry.

What You'll Do

• Design comprehensive software architectures that seamlessly integrate Azure cloud services with AI-powered enterprise solutions
• Develop and optimize infrastructure as code using Terraform to ensure scalable, repeatable deployments
• Build robust cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines capable of supporting large-scale AI and machine learning workloads
• Lead infrastructure security implementation, including networking, connectivity, and identity provider configuration
• Collaborate closely with data scientists, DevOps engineers, and client stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Architect secure, high-performance systems that deliver enterprise-grade reliability and scalability

Qualifications

You could be a great fit if you have:

• 5+ years of hands-on software architecture experience with active coding involvement
• Strong cloud infrastructure experience (critical requirement)
• Proven expertise in Azure cloud services and enterprise cloud architecture
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional technical teams and guide junior developers through complex architectural decisions
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate intricate technical concepts into clear business language for C-level executives and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong client advisory capabilities, including presenting technical recommendations, risk assessments, and implementation roadmaps to diverse audiences
• Skilled at articulating technical tradeoffs and their business implications, helping clients make informed decisions about system design, scalability, and investment priorities
• Demonstrated experience with Terraform for infrastructure as code
• Solid background in CI/CD pipeline development and management
• Strong Experience with infrastructure security, networking, and identity management
• Proficiency in Python and modern development frameworks
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field

Preferred

• Experience with Azure Foundry and Semantic Kernel
• Background in AI Search and Azure ML services
• Knowledge of Azure Functions and serverless architectures
• Experience in enterprise AI/ML infrastructure and foundational systems
